1. Use the Blackwood IT Support/Monitoring Icon

Locate the Blackwood IT Proactive Monitoring Icon in the system tray next to the clock.
If the icon isn’t visible, you may need to click on the arrow.

Right click the icon and then click on Submit Support Request

In the Subject field, please provide a short description of your issue, for example “Email not working”

In the Request Description, please try to include as much detail as you can as this will allow us to resolve your issue as quickly as possible.

Finally, click on the Send button and this will submit a ticket directly to us.

You will also receive an email with the details of your ticket and to confirm it has been received.

NOTE: Please make sure your email address has been entered correctly.

2. Submit a Ticket by sending us an E-mail

Send an email to [email protected]

In the Subject field, please provide a short description of your issue, for example “Excel not working”

In the email body, please try to include as much detail as you can as this will allow us to resolve your issue as quickly as possible.

3. Call us to submit ticket

Please give us a call on 01902 711 777 and select Option 2 for Technical Support.
